TOO MANY WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW BAD, but phone doesn't work, SIM didn't work. I've been with them almost 60 days with no working phone or SIM. I started the process of switching from another carrier to TAG Mobile on 9/27/2016. It took weeks for them to approve me because I didn't have the "right" paperwork. The paperwork I provided clearly showed I receive SNAP, but still the guy was persnickety and even after finally getting the right paperwork to him he still wanted a copy of my EBT card. OMG! The customer Service told me that we changed your number to old number. He told me that when you start service from us , we had a technical problem and could not port the number. Now we are sending you a new sim card. Made me mad. I told them why are you changing my number after 7 months. I don't want my old number, because everyone has my new number. 3 to 5 hours a day on the phone or online chat with these people to have my original number stolen an now lost in limbo with no service whatsoever after porting my number to the third phone they provided over a month of delivering inoperable equipment.... first 3 weeks they tried to argue that my SSI benefit letter did not say what it says.... until i circled an highlighted each line an rescanned it before ross taylor finally found the ability...

I am disabled i receive snap and medical and i have barely any income(way under the limit) Trust me when it sounds to good to be true they are not lying it is too good to be true. T mobile was the main carrier and I have had them in the past and Tag Mobile in not a T-Mobile Sub. No way I don't care what they say. Anyway stay away from them. I should have listened to the hundreds of complaints but i didn't i took the bait and learned my lesson....

I paid for unlimited everything and it took 7 days to get it going. I missed many important calls. Customer service was no help at all. I tried to get my money back and they said there was no way. This company is the worst
