Received the phone on 4/03/13 and everything is in working order other than requiring a data cable to upload pictures from it as pictures cannot be sent with the lifeline service (data disabled).

I've emailed Tag Mobile's customer support a few times concerning if they qualified me for their Lifeline service and sent me a phone.

I sent all of my qualifing information to them and I still have a copy of the PDF file that I got after signing up with them. I hope that I don't get scammed out of my EBT/SNAP benefits because I believed that a company wasn't real.

Only reason I switched to them is because they just started in Michigan last month and I needed to switch to a phone I could hear out of.

I am pretty pissed.
