I wanted to port over to their pre-paid service. It took more than 2 weeks to received their SIM card.

When it arrived, time and a hone number was attached to it. I called to ask why, after 2 weeks, the number I wanted to port was not attached. I was told that I had to be assigned a number for the ported number to be attached to. After 2 more weeks, the number was not ported.

I was porting from a lifeline account.

It seems that TAG Mobile can port pre-paid-to-pre-paid and lifeline-to-lifeline, but not across services. "Our computer system is down!"

Since i'd paid for a month, I did use the service.

The service was decent, but I don't need another phone number. I won't be refilling this account if any more of my money!

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

I didn't like: Company not being able to portnumbers.
