I wanted to port over to their pre-paid service. It took more than 2 weeks to received their SIM card.

When it arrived, time and a hone number was attached to it. I called to ask why, after 2 weeks, the number I wanted to port was not attached. I was told that I had to be assigned a number for the ported number to be attached to. After 2 more weeks, the number was not ported.

I was porting from a lifeline account.

It seems that TAG Mobile can port pre-paid-to-pre-paid and lifeline-to-lifeline, but not across services. "Our computer system is down!"

Since i'd paid for a month, I did use the service.

The service was decent, but I don't need another phone number. I won't be refilling this account if any more of my money!

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

I didn't like: Company not being able to portnumbers.

I have been trying to find out if they even got my application sent by email, which the agent said would work within twenty-four hours. I' m leery of associating myself with them because they lie and don't answer anything.

Nine days and no answer, although another agent told me they would call me about it and never did. ***
