Hello my name is Eileen, a current employee of TAG Mobile in Covina, California. And i wanted to take this time and respond to some of the things i have read here on this post. First and formost i want to apologize for all of your troubles but to base the things that i read by ex employees on being completely true thats a hard scale to measure cause we dont know if they were fired do to scams they them selves were doing and in return want to put negative things out there to watch it spread like wildfire, cause in the Covina office the employees have all got what we as commission based pay have worked for not by deception but by good professional customer service, plain and simple. All services are free what has a cost is optional for customer to decide whether it's something that they want or not but that part of service non of us as reps should be by no means be handling no cash what so ever should NOT be done by us as reps offering what is absolutely free to those who qualify. Now about the phones sent to customer the time frame it varies cause the slightest error could set back the shipment time if your identification has an old address we must first put that address that is on it then followed by new shipping address its our responsibility to ask that question when that part of application comes up cause if we dont do that part then expect your phone to be at that old address sorry. Also if u are expecting a phone to be shipped to u you can always call customer care at 186******** and with you info provided can be provided with a tracking # to track where the phone is within its process to ur location provide to reps during application. Now as for the phone functions i personally know if u receive a phone and it dont work maybe the phone wasnt properly activated its a common simple error that can be fixed, now that we have the inventory on hand "so if they dnt, ask for supervisors number", but once application fully approved we then assemble and activate phone for you and ask that u make atleast 2-3 calls before leaving to varify all is well and working before u process with ur day. Now if u change functions in phone and dont really have expert knowledge of wat you are even changing then it is not an error of TAG but still if u call our customer care we wud be happy to try and help u resolve the issue. Thank you for your time and i hope we can proceed in providing california with the benefits of this offer provided to those who qualify.

I am a customer service rep for tag and we have not gotten paid yet. I've tried calling the master rep, and get no where.

I've tryed calling tag accounts payable nothing. It really sucks we go out there and sit in the hot *** sun, or freezing ads cold, and give out phones, go out of our way to program the internet. If you have a problem we try to help you with it.we will call customer service to try and get the problem resovled.we try to make tag the # 1 cell dist. Out there for what?

To get *** on and not get paid. We have kids and we have bills. When your kids start school and you can't buy them anything. It makes you feel like ***.

Your getting shut off notices. Then u and your kids are sitting in the dark next your water gets shut off.what do you do. Nothing because tag ain't gonna pay you.

So all's you can do now is be screwed with out any enjoyment.and jhope that CP's don't show up at your house to take your kids. Thanks tag

I work for tag and have only seen one check and now no more payments. Boss says wire transfer hasn't processed and I've been waiting almost two week now. Can someone explain how that happens

I traced her ip address and that is how I know.

Sounds like a shill from the Philippines a terror sponsored country in which isus has a front. The biggest red flag is the spelling.

You sound just like the outsourced representatives at tag mobile. I am a private detective working to get tag mobile shut down but can't do so because of Obama and the democrats. Obama the law breaker and Hillary and the Benghazi cover up. Once we get a Republican in the white house say goodbye to the scam known as tag mobile because I will be on you guys just like congress man Trey Gowdy.

Oh one more thing, all pissed off tag mobile customers need to contact his office so a house judiciary committee hearing can be conducted. Gowdy can take tag mobile on!!!!

I have been working for this company for 3 weeks, and have not seen one cent. My "boss" says that he has made so much money through this job yet he asks me and my friend for gas money because he cant afford to drive, also asking me for cigarettes because yet again can not afford a pack.

I also get the run around whenever i ask when i will get paid. They asked me to take out a loan on my house to help them pay the people under them LOL. Another thing is, when i finish an order and the process says "approved", my boss says that his "boss" says that even if it says it gets approved in the cgm that it still needs to go through another app to make sure it is completely approved.

One day i did 23 sign ups and all was approved on my end, have the names and numbers in my notebook to prove it, he said that 10 of those went through out of 23. Since youre a Rep, i expect you to help me and get back to me ASAP.

Well regardless if it were my error or auto spelling from my phone, the point is u happened to work for the wrong office, that obviously did u wrong i suggest u get on them with that same aggression ur using towards minor errors of mine.. Wish u the best... Have a good day
